Complete psycho! Drives under the speed limit and refuses to let people pass. Swerves and slams on brakes to force you to stay behind them. Then stopped in middle of the road to aggressively approached my car window and proceeded to scream about how I don’t need to pass him. Later, followed me back to my job, all the while filming me like I’m the bad guy.

I'm starting to think this car may be abandoned, as it hasn't moved in well over a month.
It wouldn't be an issue at all if it weren't for the fact that car is parked diagonally, almost taking over the next spot over.

I was stuck behind this driver over in Vermont for about 15min.
The entire time he was tailgating the car ahead of him despite that car going 35 on a 25, and tapping on his brakes like a tap dancer.
In those 15min I've seen both the driver and his passengers litter a total of 4 times.

If you're gonna have a vanity plate, please drive carefully cause you're too easy to call out. This car changed lanes 5 times without using a signal ONCE. How hard is it to move your finger to signal? Amazing.
