Driver was seen on Hylan Blvd on Staten island where a goose and her babies were cruising the street. All other cars stopped to let the geese cross the Blvd. This driver purposely ran over the mother goose and ran her over again. The woman is in her mid 50s

Driver outside of car sitting on trunk in the rain at a deli in Cold Spring NY 6/22/2019 12:30 pm. Grey Hondai with new born toddler in rear seat. He appears to be 5’6” tall and approx. 25 years old. also appears to be stressed and waiting.

2011 Chevrolet Silverado seen on 22 fwy at 6:45am heading east speeding/tailgating/cutting off other drivers. Chevy driver would tailgate (distance between bumpers 2ft) forcing the car in front to speed up so Chevy driver could pass. Chevy driver is male, 30-40, black hair.
