White Kia Sedan. Made a right turn on red from the left most right turn lane (even though the sign said right turn on red is only allowed from the right most lane)

Nearly crashed into my car. From the opposite far side of the intersection, she tried to make a far left turn at the same time I was taking a close right turn. She did not attempt to yield whatsoever and kept driving without slowing down. Extremely dangerous.

Came racing up on other motorist's tails - dangerous 2-lane Highway 154 in Santa Ynez, proceeded to pass other motorists with reckless disregard.
