A lady driving a 2010 Ford F-150 Oregon Plate 677 HTK made an unlawful careless left turn, cutting me off, and violating:
ORS 811.135 (subsection 1) Careless Driving that endangered my life and property.
ORS 811.375 (subsection 1a) Unlawful change of lanes that was made without reasonable safety. And (subsection 1b) Unsignaled change of lanes continuously not less than 100 feet traveled before changing lanes.
ORS 811.370 (subsection 1a) Failed to operate the vehicle as nearly as practicable within a single lane. And (subsection 1b) Failure to refrain from moving within their lane until that movement can be done so safely.
ORS 811.340 (subsection 1a) Failed to approach the turn in the extreme left-hand lane lawfully.
ORS 811.335 (subsection 1b) Driver failed to give a turn signal not less than 100 feet before making a left turn.
ORS 811.260 (8) Driver entered the intersection and passed the crosswalk line on a red left turn signal, therefore running a red light.

October 18th, 2021, occurred in Charlotte, NC. The driver decided he needed to get to where he needed quickly and overtook me by driving off the road to the right and sped off as I was driving pass a traffic light on the far right hand side.
This man is extremely dangerous, he WILL drive his SUV off the road just to pass you and doesn't care if he's been caught.
Will give you the bird and curse you out, doesn't care if someone takes a picture with their phone or has a dash cam. If you catch him breaking any traffic rules, don't hesitate to call 911. The man clearly has untreated anger issues and won't hesitate to hurt if he had the chance.

Big semi truck. Zoomed around ahead of me on a shared single lane that was just barely wide enough, scared the life out of me.
