This driver drove straight from the left turn only lane and slowed down, cutting me off. I had to drive into the snowbank on the side of the road to avoid crashing into them since the ground was too slippery to stop in time.

BAD DRIVER!!!!! Had CATS in the front SEAT! Let the CAT drive and was on her IPAD!!!! Very bad! Police take her license! So bad! Almost spit out my morinng milk bc i was so scared from the cats!
